On the screen where you enter the proceeds and cost, check the box that says "I need to adjust my total cost basis." That will give you a box labeled "Total adjustments to gain (or loss)" and a list of adjustment codes. Enter the total wash sale loss disallowed in the total adjustments box, and check the box for code W (nondeductible loss from a wash sale).
