How do I describe the owner of the vehicle?

TT asks me to "tell us about the owner of this Toyota PriusV." The vehicle was salvaged in November of 2019. So I now longer own it. Is that the proper logic?

But you WERE a owner in 2019.  Later on, it will ask you if you disposed of it.
