You should be able to go back into TurboTax to delete or change your medical expenses as long as you have not e-filed your return yet.
Try going to your search bar at the top right and enter "medical expenses" and then "jump to" medical expenses. Depending on what medical expenses you are trying to delete, you should be able to follow the prompts through and change your entries.
It will look like this:
You can also go to "Deductions and Credits" and scroll down to "Medical Expenses" and make your adjustments there by selecting "Update".
Click here for "Are Medical Expenses Deductible?"
Click here for additional information on claiming medical expenses.

I have the same problem. I originally added expenses but then removed them. They are still showing in summary and in the final amounts but there is nothing 'ticked' under expenses.
Which version of TurboTax are you using? I have not encountered any issues with deleting medical expenses.
If you are using a Desktop version, you can switch to Forms mode and see what expenses are listed on the Medical Expenses Worksheet and in Schedule A.
If you are using an Online version, you can preview your return including worksheets before filing to find out how your taxes were calculated, once you have paid for TurboTax. See here for details. Also, check your internet connection. You might try logging out and back in, turning your router off and on, or switching browsers. Chrome generally works well.
