Receipts for what--exactly? And what kind of 1099? There are almost two dozen kinds. 1099R? 1099B? 1099INT? SSA1099? 1099NEC? 1099E? etc etc. etc.
If you mean receipts for expenses that you paid relating to 1099 income, those expenses would be claimed on your schedule C, as well as the income from the 1099.
