How do I add my motor vehicle property tax adjustment form it-140

When you are preparing your West Virginia Return section, you will go through the different screens, until you pass the screen  for Credit for Tax Paid to Another State. Right after you should see the screen for Motor Vehicle Property Tax Adjustment Credit.
