How do child support payments affect taxes? Can I get tax breaks for paying child support?

Half of my monthly income goes towards child support. I had to change my tax deduction amount in order to recieve enough income throughout the year to pay for living expenses. Because of this, I am now having to pay in. Am I allowed any breaks to help this?

Sorry but child support payments are not deductible by the one who pays them   and is not reported as income to the one receiving them.
