How can I go back to the beginning to say I did buy property?

I made a mistake and it wont let me go back to correct it.

Yes, you can make corrections to your return, as long as you haven't filed it yet. 

1. Sign in and check your return status. 
2. Select Pick up where I left off. 
3. Use the left-side menu to revisit earlier sections in your return. 
4. For example, if you need to add a deduction for property taxes, select Deductions and Credits on the left-side menu. 
5. Look for property taxes on the list.

If your return is already filed, you have to amend it to make a change and that form isn't ready yet. Follow this link to learn more.
