How can I access Form 1116 (Foreign Tax Credit)?

Is Form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit) available with Turbo Tax? If yes, how can I access it? If no, how long do I need to wait? Please advise me because I want to finish my income tax return ASAP.

Form 1116 is available in TurboTax. You can populate it in the online version of TurboTax by completing the Foreign Taxes section, which is under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, in the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax. You won't be able to see the form until you pay for your TurboTax program.

If you are working with the desktop version of TurboTax, you can see the form 1116 by using the Forms icon on your menu bar, then using the Open Form option and typing in 1116.
