How and when can I include photos to my IRS tax report regarding foreign earned income already taxed by the country it was earned in?

There is no way to attach anything to an income tax return when using the Turbotax program ... if something must be attached you will need to mail in the return.

My relative will send me 15k from a foreign country as a gift. She would send it via bank transaction (not cash). Do I need to report it in form 3520? Is this taxable?
