Home base work, travel to various locations, mileage deduction

Im an neuro egg tech. My home base is work. Some days I monitor cases from home. Other days i drive to different hopsital locations. Sometimes 4 different hospitals in a week. All hospital are over 20 miles away. Can I deduct miles?? im not reimburesed for miles and im outsourced for the hospitals.

Yes, you can claim your mileage if you are an independent contractor. If you are an employee, you can deduct mileage from one hospital to another but not from home to hospital.
