Date you became a resident of Foreign or U.S. Possession

I can't get past this question. It keeps giving me error messages. I moved out of the US (New York State) and became a residence in a foreign country on Sep 16, 2015. So I entered 09/16/2015 in the box and it wouldn't let me proceed.

I am also experiencing error messages for this query. However, I am unable to "uncheck"(little red stop sign appears) the "part of the year" selection since I was a resident in the foreign country for the "full year".
