You'll get Form 1099-SA if you paid for medical or other expenses from your HSA or MSA during the tax year.
Here's how to add it in TurboTax:
HSA contributions through your employer, either as payroll deductions or employer match must be shown in box 12 code W on your W-2. This carries automatically to form 8889 on line 9 - under IRS rules payroll deductions and any employer match are deemed to be made by the employer because box 1 of the w-2 has been reduced by your contributions
there is no 1099-HSA

File form 1099-SA to report distributions from an HSA
File form 5498-SA to report contributions to an HSA
File form 8889 to report your HSA contributions and distributions
Refer to form W-2 for your HSA contributions
