I am a TX resident with CA rental property with a loss, should CA(540NR) Part II section B line 5 Column E be ZERO?
I paid 2023 property tax in January 2024 after receiving the tax bill. Does this payment go on 2023 filling or on the 2024 filling?
If you rent/lease property that does not generate a profit or breaks even- is that something that is tax deductible?
