form1116 error

Keep getting

form1116(copy1) line 33 should be blank

line 33 is blank as well as line 34 ,  line 35 shows my foreign taxes paid in red

Getting blocked from e-file of my returns because of this Form1116 error which says line 33 should be blank.  It already is, looks like someone else had this problem before
