Form 8936 errors

I purchased Tesla model 3 in June 2023. While completing this form, I entered "0" in lines 15, 17, 21, 22, 25, and 26. But it keeps giving me error with these lines. The correct answer is "0", and it does not fix the errors. Thus, I can not efile.

If Line 15 of Form 8936 is $0, you have no tax liability and can't claim the credit.   The Clean Vehicle Credits are nonrefundable, meaning that can't take your tax liability past zero.   Line 15 of Form 8936 comes from Line 18 of Form 1040, which represents your tax liability.

Well, line 18 on 1040 is not zero. So line 15 in form 8936 should not be zero. But I can't change that.

Try to delete form 8936 and enter it again.

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon.
3. From the menu, select the form you want to remove.
4. After the form is generated in the right pane, select the Delete Form button.
5. Follow any onscreen instructions to remove the form or forms.
