Form 8911: How do I place the census tract number under the proper year (2020) rather than the default (2015)?

Hello,

I suspect there's an error in the programming of Form 8911 Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property. The form as published by the IRS is supposed to allow you to enter the census tract number on either line 6b (2015 list of census tracts) and check in 6c whether it is listed in Appendix A of Notice 2024-20 OR enter it on line 6d (2020 list of census tracts), and then check in 6e whether it is in Appendix B. My address is in a tract listed as eligible in Appendix B but is not included in Appendix A. TurboTax needs to let me move the number to line 6d and the check to line 6e.

Please fix this.
