Form 7206 Included, but not Required

Why is TT including Form 7206 in my return, when according to the IRS, this form is only required in the following three cases which do not apply to me?

1) You had more than one source of income subject to self-employment tax.

2) You file Form 2555

or

3) You are using amounts paid for qualified long-term care insurance to figure the deduction.
