If both my husband and myself received a 6475 for 3500.00 do I enter 7,000 on the screen that is trying to qualify our stimulus or just the 3500?

If you are filing your 2021 tax return as Married Filing Jointly then you enter the total amount you received for both of you, $7,000.

Each letter reports half, so for the stimulus payments/recovery rebate credit please enter the total, in your case 7,000.
