Form 15111

I just want to know if anyone that had to fill out form 15111 ACTUALLY received the EIC? I did my own taxes and have for years. I know what I did wrong to not receive the credit with my return. When I received notice CP09. I followed the instructions and uploaded the form using the new upload tool. I just want to hear from someone that has actually gotten the credit back after submitting the form. Thank you in advance.
