TT can't e-file our return because unable to locate attachment at /attachment/form1116ScheduleB.

TT wants us to go back and reattach, but how to do it?

    To correct my previous question, it should have read

    /attachment/form1116ScheduleB.pdf

    sorry I omitted .pdf

    The 1116 Schedule B is the Foreign Tax Carryover Reconciliation Schedule. The program must believe you need it. Perhaps you deleted something it was using.

    You need to look at your forms to see what you have, what you are missing, what you need. Did you have a carryover from a prior year? You may need to check last year's return. To view your return:

     

    Desktop: switch to Forms Mode

    Online: You may need to go ahead and pay for the return so you can see the actual forms to find the issue. To do this:

     

    1. look on the left sidebar, 
    2. select tools
    3. select print center
    4. select pay now
    5. Select Print, save or preview this year's return
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
