Form 1116 is available on IRS website for 2021. Why is it not available on Home version of Turbotax?

The IRS must approve TT's version (programming) of the form before it can be released.

(This is true of all the Federal forms.  And each state must approve TT's versions of its respective forms.)

It's not only Turbotax forms that must be approved but those for every tax software provider regardless of whether it's only available to professional preparers or the general public. there have been hundreds of form changes and many new ones. then consider IRS staffing because of budget cuts and the pandemic is down 17%.

also, consider that the states have the same requirements, but Turbotax doesn't have more staff.
