Form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit (2021)- availability March 3 2022

Turbo Tax says Form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit won't be available until March 3, 2022. I just updated my Premier Turbo Tax software, (Mac download) and the form is there. Is there an update coming March 3, or was Form 1116 available sooner than expected?

The Form is available but it has a Do Not File on the form. Once the finalized form is released on 03/03/2022 it will be available for e-filing or printed for mailing.
