Form 1116 (COPY 1) -- Foreign Tax Credit Comp Wks: Line 4b2c Total shouldn't be less than or equal to zero?

TurboTax Premier Online. What is it asking me to enter here? I have no trade/business interest expense or business assets (this is on the worksheet to compute the credit for foreign tax paid reported on a K-1 for an estate/trust). During the federal review it asked me to fill out lines 2a-c for which I entered '0' and then I ran into this. Allocation ratio was already set to 1.0, I don't know where it was sourced from. Thanks in advance!

Replace the zero in 2b(c) with a (1).  What it  is trying to do now  is 0/0 which is meaningless.  Replacing the entry with a (1) it will be 0/1=0 which will work and effectively  ignore any entered data.
