You may have inadvertently indicated that you have a foreign account while proceeding through the program.

this still didn't work.. is there customer support or someone I can get ahold of without upgrading my account? I would switch to another platform at this point but unfortunately I have already paid.
Try this.
Now sign out of your return. If you are in the software, close the program and save the return. Now sign back in and see if the error is gone.
