Hello there!
Married Filing Jointly (considering non-resident spouse as resident alien who is living abroad and doesn't have SSN and/or ITIN)
I have entered my spouse yearly gross income based on monthly paychecks from primary employer under Foreign Earned Wages section. My spouse's primary employer doesn't provide official W-2 forms except monthly paychecks.
In the next section, there is a field for "Waged Adjustment".
What does it mean?
My spouse worked another part time job during the year and do not have formal paychecks.
Any advise please?
Thank you.

The Wage adjustment screen in the foreign earned income exclusion section of TurboTax is a calculation that you need to do before you can enter an amount. Whether income is considered foreign or US income depends on where you worked.
If your wife earned all her income overseas, that amount is "0" (zero) with no adjustment to make.
Gather all the wages earned record, regardless whether she received formal paychecks.
Since this your first year that you'll file jointly with your spouse, you'll need to tell the IRS that you're electing to both be treated as U.S. residents for tax purposes. You also need to apply for an ITIN for your spouse.
For help, see this article How should I file my taxes if my spouse is a nonresident alien
