If you have additional deductions to report, you may itemize, but only if all your deductions, less any limits imposed, will be greater than your standard deduction.

But it may still benefit you for State. If it was already listed on your SSA-1099, you should not have entered it again.

If I have a lot of side gigs, none of which separately would add up to more than a couple of thousand dollars if that, one in the hundreds, but I do have expenses tied to them, what can I deduct and should put them all together?
