You enter the MA auto excise tax as a Personal Property tax - not as a car registration fee.

Thank you! I Actually I found my answer. There is a lot of conflicting info out there if you google the question, but in turbo tax if you if you look under the following:
Deductions & Credits
Cars and other things you own
Car Registration Fees (it says if you have a car excise tax enter it here)
