Can someone please tell me how to bypass this? I do not own property currently, nor have I ever opened an account for this purpose. It seems like no matter what I change in my return, it always tells me that I have to enter information about my "First Time and Second Chance Home Buyer Savings Account" when I have NEVER had one. Since you don't have this account, you can get past this error, by deleting the related form.
At this point, you should be able to complete your return. If the form returns, you will need to go back through your AL return until you get to that section and answer YES to delete any entries that are stuck in there and then go back and answer NO.
