I am seperated but not legally separated. He filed HOH, How do I file?

    If you are still legally married you would file as Married Filing Separately.

    If you also qualify to claim HOH the program will tell you so if you enter a qualifying person and you did not live together any part of the last 6 months of 2019 ... just follow the screen instructions in the MY INFO tab.
