we filed our tax extensions for 2022 I do not owe any money how can we proceed to get a refund we used turbo tax to file the extension but we can not find the product can you help us

If  you used the TurboTax online editions for the 2022 tax return and you need to complete and file the 2022 tax return you will need to use the TurboTax desktop editions for 2022.

Sign onto your 2022 TurboTax online account and follow the steps and click on the blue button Complete a 2022 tax return - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

A 2022 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Your extension has expired. You are now just filing your tax return late. Since you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing late.
