Sales tax paid new car purchase

I can not find this option anywhere and I am paying for Itemization. I've clicked on your help button but I don't see how to click over to do this.

Federal Taxes>Deductions & Credits>

Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click Show More

Click Start next to Sales Tax
