energy efficient vehicle - used

I purchased a used energy efficient vehicle in 2019 with less than 16k mi.  do I still qualify for the energy efficient vehicle credit, it is a 2016 model?

The energy efficient vehicle credit is available for new vehicles only.

They do not apply to used vehicles.

turbo tax needs to update the software and they need to ask if the vehicle is new or used.

If you click on the "Learn More" option (which is highlighted) below the "Plug in Electric Drive Motor Vehicle" entry tab in TurboTax, the is a notice mentioning that you must be the original owner of the vehicle to qualify for the credit.
