efficient vehicle credit - model year is unavailable

I would like to enter prius 2013 for energy efficient vehicle deduction but it starts at 2015. Per IRS website it qualifies for a credit. how do I get 2013 to show up?

I am assuming you purchased a pre-owned vehicle in 2021. This credit does not apply to pre-owned or used vehicles.
