Yes. If you *both* will be classified as resident aliens in the U.S. "BEFORE" the end of the 2019 tax year then you can use TurboTax to file your joint return. The program has no issues with you reporting all of your worldwide income from all sources on planet earth.
Generally agreeing with @Carl , i just wonder if you "Resident for tax purposes" or "Permanent Resident " by the end of 2019? When did you enter the country and on what visa? Did your spouse enter at the same time or at a different time? On a dependent visa or on her own? which country are you a national/ citizen of ?
