Recently moved for work and my wife is no longer working. We have a daughter so how many dependents should I be claiming? Ideally don’t want to have to pay in at the end of the year. We both had always done 0.

There is no simple answer. It depends on too much other  information.  You need to go thru the detailed steps on the W-4 estimator.
