I had a baby in Oct of 2020 

It does not look like am getting the deduction for a child. nor did i receive any stimulus money for her.?

You should see a deduction for $2,000 on line 19 of form 1040 for each child under age of 17.  Line 30 should be the actual amount of stimulus money you received.

Be sure to indicate that the baby lived with you all year (which is okay for newborns).
