Dependent glitch

TurboTax asks if I paid for childcare. I did not and marked no. My child is in college and lives at home.When I run the review at the end, my state return says I cannot file electronically because I have not included the EIN for the childcare center.
I have cleared out the return twice, and re-done it. I have cleared browser history and cookies. I have never had any problems in the past and have used TurboTax for years.
I do not know what else to do. Should I another brand of software?
