Dependant Child 1099-NEC needs to change to w-2 Late filing

I mistakenly Filed a 1099-NEC for my 17 yr old dependent who worked for my LLC - she made $2400 in 2022. From what I'm reading now, I should have filed a W-2. I had filed an extension and I'm just now realizing this. My child never filed and extension or return because I thought she would not have to since it was below the 12000 ish amount. What should I do? File a corrected 1099NEC that shows 0 income? then file a LATE w2? Can I just Void the 1099-NEC?
