Do I have to enter each of the itemized amounts even if I know that I will not have enough to qualify for claiming deductions, since the total will be less than the standard deduction?

No, you do not have to complete the itemized deductions sections in TurboTax if you know the standard deduction is higher than your itemized deductions.

Note, however, that some states do not use the Federal taxable income as a starting point, so sometimes you have to enter itemized deductions if they need to be "picked up" on your state tax return.
