I didn't list deductions in 2018 but did in 2018. Can I bring up the details of the 2018 deductions for my 2019 return on Turbotax

No. The fastest way to see your return last year is to access the downloaded PDF from 2018 and look for Schedule A. Form names are listed in the top left hand and bottom right hand corner of each page. Schedule A lists all your itemized deductions.

If you did NOT download 2018 last year, to get a PDF of last year's return, From Tax Home, go to Your tax return and documents section for 2018 and click Download.
