How do I claim my work clothes when I'm doing my taxes?

It depends.

If the the work clothes that your employer requires have your company logo - they can be deducted as uniforms.

If the clothes are just regular business attire that you must wear (for example, you must have white shirt and black pants as a waiter) - they are not tax deductible.
