In order to be deductible, the clothes have to be mandatory for your job and not suitable for everyday wear.

In order to be deductible, the clothes have to be mandatory for your job and not suitable for everyday wear.

An ordinary business suit would not qualify to be deducted. It has to be something like a uniform.
