Can the following be used for deductions on Federal Taxes :

Before-Tax deductions for MSRS-Deferred Compensation Contributions

MSRS Gov't Employee Rtmt Plan Contributions

Before-Tax deductions for Hlth Care Svng Plan - EE Contributions (only can be used after retirement)

This sounds like it is a deduction from your pay.   If that is the case, no you cannot deduct this on your federal taxes.  This amount has already been deducted from your gross wages.
