Deductions as self employed

I have a business license in order to be a caregiver for my mom. I have to travel from my home which is listed on my business license. Can I  deduct that Mileage?

No.  That is commuting to work.  Commuting to and from work is not deductible.

It sounds like she is an independent contractor.

Yes.  Since you are a self-employed caregiver, your travel to and from your place of work are deductible as well as any mileage on behalf of her care.
