Creating a 1099-INT or DIV for nominee income

The form asks for a business name; however, I am using this function to allocate dividend and interest to my ex-wife in the year of our divorce. What do I do as far as 'business name'?

For a nominee Form 1099-INT, business name (Payer Name) in this case is you. Your ex-wife is the Recipient.

How do I claim foreign tax paid on interest income in a foreign country? Created a 1099INT, but TT does not pick it up in the foreign tax credit section. Pls help, thanks
