It depends on the purpose the land was being used for, either for your personal use, now and in the future, or an investment property where your intent was to sell the property, improved or not improved, for a gain.

OK thanks - that clarifies the land characterization question.

How do I delete the entries I've already made that show up on the Investment Sales Summary ?  I don't see any way to do it on that page or when I go to Forms.

I answered it myself.  Go to Forms - highlight and hit delete
