Schedule E 1099 can't select no

Sorry, I didn't realize this would be submitted as a question to the community, I was just searching. So, I am trying to finalize my taxes and it won't let me on my Federal return. I really don't want to click Yes, because  I didn't need to submit any 1099s and I don't want the IRS asking me where they are.

I finally gave up and tried clicking "Yes" just to see if it would let me finalize things, and it did not. So apparently I cannot click "Yes" OR "No" and have TurboTax accept it.  This is super great, TurboTax!
