Child care provider EIN issue

My child care provider did not have an EIN number but provided me with her SSN. How can I input that information?

In order to report your child care provider's social security number to claim the Child and Dependent Care Credit.

In TurboTax, please do the following:

• Federal Taxes
• Deductions & Credits
  
• Child and Dependent Care Credit, click Start
• Did you pay for child or dependent care in 2016?, click Yes
  
• Whose care did you pay for?, select your dependent
• Who provided the care?, you will select A person, click Continue
• Let's get more info about your provider., you will be able to report his/her social security number
