How to review content of previous chats?

    There isn't any way to retrieve or view the chat log from a prior conversation with an agent. You would need to copy the chat log prior to closing the chat and paste it to another document or print it.

    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
