charitable donations

I have reached the $10,000.00 deduction limit due to my property tax bill being over $11,000.00 a year. Above the $10K limit, can I deduct any of my cash donations and pet supplies to authorized non-profit companies? I give to Cuddly.com and Department of Wildlfe.

charitable donations

Yes.  Charitable Donation are a separate line item on the Schedule A for itemized deductions.  The SALT limit for taxes does not affect  the charitable donations.
